If you sign up and include a web site URL, a reference to gambling or porn, provide an invalid email address, or your intentions are just to sign up to be annoying, then you registration will be rejected, or your account will be removed within 24 hours.

If your are in Russia, do not register.

If you lie about your country location or make up a new country that does not exist you will be removed.

If you use do not use English you will be removed.

Since this seems to include everyone who registers - don't bother.
